My role at Waterstons is...
Problem management. I spend most of my day trying to get to the bottom of why things keep happening and what we can put in place to put an end to issues that keep coming back. For things that can't be fixed for good, I like to make tools or automation to help speed up getting people back up and running again.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Seeing people use the tools we've put in place to do things quickly and more efficiently, or watching the number of generated tickets drop for things that may have been an issue for a little while.
My life away from work is...
Cooking, hiking, and video games with friends. I'm also a bit of a clean-freak at times, so a relaxing Sunday for me is one with music on the speaker and a mop in my hand.
