Varied to say the least! I started on our Service Desk, giving me a great appreciation for customer service and the variety of clients we look after.
Nowadays I have the flexibility to go where required really - be that internal support or client sites. I've gained a variety of experience, and I like seeing the results first-hand of improvements I make.

Seeing our new Team Leaders flourish from my support. It's always satisfying to see someone you've coached effectively replace you!

Often spent exploring the countryside in the Land Rover. Sometimes I'm cantering on a horse, pretending I'm in control...

You have a problem that needs fixing! Simple as that really. I'm a bit of a jack of all trades, master of some? That, and I'm always quite useful to call if you get stuck in the snow!
