
My role at Waterstons is...
I'm a Service Delivery Manager in our Strategic Services team, working with exciting clients in the Energy and Distribution sectors. My role focuses on helping them maximise their IT investments while continuously seeking ways to enhance business outcomes through existing and emerging technologies.
Beyond Service Management, I also lead the Service Transition operational team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients so they receive IT services that truly support their business.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
There are too many to count, but one standout moment was guiding a prospective client through the entire journey—from initial engagement to fully onboarded, with a complete transformation of their IT estate.
I also take great pride in working with clients who are part of critical national infrastructure. Seeing behind the scenes of a fuel distribution business or electricity production site has given me a whole new perspective on fuel tankers and power sources.
My life away from work is...
I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends, playing golf, and passionately supporting Fulham FC.
