My role at Waterstons is...
Involves service management for a few of our southern clients within the architects, engineering and construction (AEC) sector. It's a fairly varied role and focuses not only on keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, but also making sure we are spending time on being proactive and implementing improvements to the client's business too. I get to speak to clients regularly and build trusted relationships, which is one of my favourite aspects of being a service manager.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
Undergoing a seamless transition from Business Consulting to Managed Services within my first year and quickly working my way towards service management. It's the career path I wanted to follow since joining Waterstons. Since then, I have taken on one of our busy southern clients and consistently receive positive feedback from my client and from colleagues - there has been a noticeable improvement in the service we have been delivering and the feedback we have been receiving!
My life away from work is...
Baking, cooking, spending time with friends, and catching up on Netflix! When I'm back home in Cyprus I have the important responsibility of looking after our four (extremely spoiled) house cats as well as the other 17 outdoor cats that live in the neighbourhood that we have somehow adopted! There really is a reason that I'm known as the crazy cat lady.
I’ll be with you when...
You need to ask a question or need help with something that you feel might be trivial or simple. I will always try to point you in the right direction if I don't know the answer myself, and I'll never judge the types of questions I get asked. I'm normally in the position asking for help and I know it can be daunting when you're new.
My sector strengths are...
