Is leading and coaching a team that provides service and client management within our Managed Services team.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
I fixed a system from several parts for a longstanding client to get a piece of operational software back online. It took all night, and even included a trip to the lake district to intercept a courier at a motorway services to expedite the part! It was great to see the four ships queued offshore begin to land their product once things were back online.
My life away from work is...
Making and fixing things in wood, metal or electronics. If I'm not doing that then I'll be walking my dog.
