My role at Waterstons is...
Currently I’m one of many Service Desk Technicians. Dealing with and managing any issues that may come in from our wide array of clients. I'm also the client champion for ARHAG, which means I know them and their set up extremely well. I'm first point of contact for them and their partners on the service desk.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
No single moment stands out as being my 'proudest' having achieved a lot here. I am proud every day.
My life away from work is...
Outside of work I like to keep myself active, although I love my job, it is an awful lot of sitting down! Outside of work you'll usually find me out trekking with my dog! I’m an avid stepper so getting that 10k a day is a must! I also have a massive weakness for story-driven single-player video games. Games such as God of War, The Last Of Us, and Uncharted, I have lost many an hour to these games. I've also become a bit of a ‘car guy’ in recent months, so currently, my car is my money pit! With the final pennies, I have managed to build a home gym, that I am using to keep active.
