My role at Waterstons is...

Working on the Service Desk within the Remote Services team. I support our clients with their software and IT- infrastructure issues on a day-to-day basis. I take calls and respond to emails for all sorts of technical problems both nationally and internationally. No two days are the same!

My life away from work is...

I’m a passionate Irish Dancer. I attend classes and I teach a combination of set dances and my own chorography to an intermediate group. When I’m not dancing, I can usually be found in a café with friends drinking Specialty teas!

Your device doesn’t want to play ball! From major outages to pieces of advice, I’m always available to listen to your technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
