to ask lots of questions and to listen. I am genuinely interested in how organisations work, how they are structured, and in their people and cultures. As sector lead for the higher education sector, I have 18 years of experience of working in universities. I understand the drivers and challenges, and most importantly I can help find the opportunities to work smarter and not harder.
My life away from work is...
spending time with my three kids and family. I enjoy yoga, walking and running, which helps to balance out lots of coffee and cake with friends.
