As a Service Lead for Technical Escalation, it’s my job to make sure our teams are supported with complex queries and incidents when they’re escalated. You’ll usually find me knee deep in some kind of incident!
My life away from work is...
Usually spent with family and friends! You’ll find me going out for meals, on walks, trips to the cinema or even a day at the beach! Otherwise, you’ll find me reading or playing a problem-solving game.
