Part of the NOC team on the service desk which proactively looks after our client's infrastructure.
My proudest Waterstons moment is...
When I was able to help one of our largest clients with their hardware refresh as well as OS upgrades to Windows 10. This involved travelling around the country to each site as well as educating the users how to use their new PCs. As I had only been at Waterstons for a couple of weeks prior to this project, it was a brilliant opportunity to get close to one of our newest clients.
My life away from work is...
PC Building, gaming/spending ridiculous amounts of money on Steam sales as well as spending time hiking and exploring to disconnect for a while!
