My role at Waterstons is...

To meet people and talk (which I love).

I build relationships with new and existing clients and make it my job to understand them inside out. It’s important I build close partnerships so I can understand what keeps people awake at night and hopefully stop that from happening! 

I am motivated by helping people and looking for ways to improve things. I think this comes from my consultancy background and being quite analytical and process orientated.

I work with all teams across Waterstons and lead initiatives to bring together team members with our clients to explore new ideas. That might be in one-to-one conversations, part of an event, or a wider community or forum. I find it a privilege to be in a position where I gain insight into so many different types of businesses.  

My life away from work is...

Usually spent chasing after my children and doing family beach trips with our black Lab. I also enjoy keeping fit and healthy, mostly through Pilates and running. It certainly balances out my other enjoyment which is good food and wine.

I’ll be with you when...

…ever you need me to be (and sometimes when you don’t). I am happy to take on challenges and be there in your hour of need - but equally to stay in touch more generally and hear about what’s going on in your world.
