I enjoy casual weight lifting, (It's okay if you can't tell) I like the constant challenge it presents me, the routine and the outcome! It boosts my confidence and helps me develop self-discipline. I also love spending quality time with friends and family, going to the cinema, discovering new restaurants, and traveling. Relaxation is crucial for preventing burnout and maintaining a positive attitude toward work!
