M&A 101

This is a 2-part course on the basics of M&A. There is a lot of often complicated information out there relating to M&A. This course pulls together theoretical information and draws on our experience to distill out the basics for a general understanding of M&A, its purpose, its characters and its activities. Part one of this course focuses on M&A in general and provides an introduction to Acquisitions.

Part 2 covers an introduction to Divestures and the Due Diligence Process.
