PMaaS (Project Management as a Service)

Sometimes you may need project management support, but don’t have the time or budget to react quickly, such as:

• The project is a one-off and you won’t need this skillset again
• Your in-house PM leaves or goes on long term sick mid-project
• Your business is going through a period of intense and needs to deliver projects in parallel; you don’t want to hire someone who will not be needed in six to 12 months’ time
• The project is not going well and you need someone with experience to replace the current PM or support them to turn it around.

Not all contractors are created equal, short-term contractors charge a premium, and you risk ending up with a less-experienced PM than you need.

At Waterstons, our project management professionals have a range of experience from internal activities, providing project management to clients, working directly with client teams on a full or part time basis, and becoming an extension of in-house project management or IT teams.
